We find ideal exhibition locations in Venice thanks to our insider knowledge and trusted relationships with landlords throughout the city, offering our clients access to private properties, museums, municipal and public buildings, industrial spaces, churches and more. Our database of 250+ locations in Venice can match the needs of a broad range of projects.
Relying on our broad network and familiarity with the cultural landscape, we help match artists’ projects and exhibitions to museums and other venues, helping institutions find programming relevant to their audiences, and curators and artists find platforms to share their work.
Relying on excellent working relationships with local authorities and knowledge of official procedures, we efficiently handle permitting and legal compliance, as well as temporary import of art and other bureaucratic formalities.
Partnering with leading professionals, we develop the physical design of exhibition spaces to complement programming and improve visitor experience.
Overseeing complex exhibition and installation construction, we solve engineering challenges and manage the custom production of display elements by relying on a strong network of the highest quality suppliers. Working with industrial and artisanal producers, we also manage fabrication of works of art.
Our network of lighting designers and architects can provide solutions for a broad range of displays and spaces. We have established experience producing complex installations including sound, video, film and projections.
We have close relationships with trusted, world-class art shippers such as Apice, Arteria, Brandl, Crozier, etc. to safely transport and install all types of art in a variety of environments. We match the best-suited suppliers for each individual project, and have particular experience organising water transport and the safe installation of art in and around Venice.
We recruit, train, and supervise attentive and engaged exhibition attendants to offer the highest quality visitor experience possible. We likewise subcontract and supervise security and cleaning staff, including periodic quality control checks, to ensure that exhibition spaces are well-maintained and secure.
We create effective communications strategies, from organising professional documentation (including still and film photography), to managing advertising campaigns both physical and digital (billboards/billposting, transit advertising, inclusion in art magazines and newspapers, newsletters, web & social), and producing merchandise, catalogues and publications to promote exhibitions locally and globally. Working with an extensive PR network, we help expand audiences and increase visitor attendance.
We organise openings, receptions, dinners, galas and Biennale parties, overseeing all elements including catering, music and entertainment, and venue and equipment rental.
We oversee budgets and payments of vendors on our clients’ behalf, managing all contracts and obligations with suppliers as general contractor.
We provide flexible and rapid implementation of COVID protocols according to national and regional regulations and measures.
We implement industry best practices to produce exhibitions as efficiently and sustainably as possible, including: use of reusable materials, local production, elimination of single-use plastics, recycling and upcycling materials post-exhibition.
