Cinema Galleggiante

The Cinema Galleggiante, or Floating Cinema festival, is a program of film and video screenings, as well as live performances, that takes place annually in late summer in the waters beyond the Giudecca island. The audience can choose to either watch from a floating platform—accessed via a free row-boat ferry service—or from the comfort of their own boat. The festival’s program offers a wide range of presentations from a broad selection of international and local artists.

Since the first edition of Cinema Galleggiante in 2020, D.H.office has provided pro bono strategy and fundraising advice, while also giving direct financial support to the project.
